Hao Ren's 21st @ Klang.

I know, October's ovah yet I'm still blogging about the five w[s] that happened in October.

Well, my laptop crashed & for days I've been settling for the abandoned laptops at home.

But then again, maybe because the other few laptops at home ain't fond of em' being used for blogging purposes because the spacing and all run miles apart... and okay, I'm gonna stop blaberring. Bottomline is I am STILL a procrastinator!

I take my hats off for people who update their blogs every single day. Talk about motivation! which I fail to instil in self.

What! Habits are hard to change *snap* just like that. T__T

Had late lunch w the babes @ Sushi Zanmai, Gardens last weekend and trust me, when the five of us are seated together, boy we're like bullet trains in Japan!

Later that night, I decided to forgo the Heineken party @ Zouk w de bimboloves and followed Louisbabyinc & the rest to Klang for Hao Ren's 21st birthday bash.

Was it worthwhile?

Well apart from the fact we got so damn lost we were going in circles till our heads were going round and round and after 120 minutes of circling, first thing I saw was this ABSOLUTE tlus* w initials B.L at the party as well, yes it was good fun!

& by the time we found Hao Ren's crib, most of the crowd had alr dispursed and we made up three quarter of the remaining crowd.

Even the cake was all blown and partially eaten, so what else was there to do? Get the birthday boy and yourself wasted for sho! Heheh


I have no idea why people around me tend to have such fair complexion that being a lil tanned than my usual self makes me look so roasted next to them. pffft!

LONG LIVE BOSTON!

Ever heard of beer that comes w a fifty cents per bottle price tag?

Sounds too catchy to be true? Well, heads up - it IS true.

The bunch kept harping on and on about how their gonna take me there as I kept cancelling on them so last Friday, I finally followed them to Boston @ 32 Square, PJ.

There's another Boston @ Solaris, Mont Kiara which offers the same offer - first bottle for 25bucks and consequent bottles after that for fifty bloody cents! But only on Wednesdays and Fridays; HAPPY HOUR time.

Talk about dirt cheap!

However cheap the beer was, the food was horrible. Even ROTA tasted better than their nachos!

After having giving out a tad too many fifty cents, Bell babygirl was kind enough to head over to Starbucks a few doors down to get us freshly brewed coffee.

Since the night was still young, headed over to William's for a rather late dinner.

Damn nice seafood crab fried rice. And the portion is CRAZY!

For some weird reason, the indomee goreng never tasted so good before!

After a very dramatic some things are better left unsaid din din, Louisbabyinc joined us and all of us headed over to Mont Kiara as Bell wanted to see a couple of fwens.

Then hopped over to Poppy for the rest of the night.

We were in such a rather "sober" state, we didn't have much energy left in us to camwhore. Lolol

Chic POP @ Zouk, KL.

We were so bored that all five of us decided to head over to the flea market held @ Zouk, KL early this month.

& Jac me and Barb almost died on the way to Mines to meet William when the car Barb was driving skidded and took a 360 degree turn four bloody times at a tunnel turning into the KL-Seremban Highway.

5 seconds after the car came to a standstill, cars started speeding into the blind spot tunnel (if cars came 5 secs earlier, it would have been a head on collision alr!) Seriously, thank the good Lord that we (both car and people inside) escaped without a scratch. Her bald tyres was to thank for sucha experience.

After the ordeal, the shivering duo & I (weird that I didn't quite shiver, just damn grateful to be alive) drove all the way to Mines and hopped into William's ride.

By the time we reached Zouk, we stopped going all OMG and scanned through the booths and after compressing our pockets a tad, chilled @ Terrace Bar outside Zouk while waiting for Barbara to get her nails done for 10 bucks.

Since it was such a sunny day, William had this brilliant idea and bought us beers which made us feel even more heaty in the end. Lolol.

Then headed to Pavilion for shisha and foood!

It took me A LOT of guts getting into the car where a 2 week old license holder is behind the wheel.

Well, I'm still alive so her driving wasn't THAT bad. *smirks*

Since the rest wanted to shisha, we settled for Carlos. I really don't see the point of shisha tho. It not only kills you thrice faster than cigarrettes, it irritates your throat leaving it so dry, you can't even feel your saliva wen you swallow.

Hahaha I know I'm exaggerating but STILL don't see the whole fun of it. *raises right eyebrow*

But Carlos serves really good NACHOS. Don't believe me? Try it for yourself! PRONTO!

& pretty alright fajitos too. But still, nothing beats the nachos there!

OKTOBERFEST.

Drink ALL DAY. Drink ALL NIGHT. Its OKTOBERFEST babeh!

In case you have x a clue what I am blabbering about, Oktoberfest is a German beer festival in Munich, Germany. Oktoberfest is a world famous celebration of German beer, and it is celebrated globally as well.

In short it is just another reason for people to drink more, all day long w better bargains!

A couple weeks ago, catched up w Jo'n Dear and El jie after ages of MIA @ Sunway Pyramid.

We were almost in famine after braising through the massive jam for hours, hence decided to dine @ Italiannies as the portion served tend to be crazily humongous!

After much yakking, headed over to Republic downstairs.

Since it was Oktoberfest after all, we had uncountable pints of beer for a good bargain.

After drinking from dawn till dusk, we continued our drinking fest @ Quattro.

Initially wanted to head to Terrace Bar @ Zouk, KL but since it was a Monday night, it was closed. So, Quattro it was.

Braids OFF!

After having my hair braided for five days, it started getting so bloody itchy and what most scalps feared the most, dear ol' dandruff started accumulating as well.

For someone who never really had dandruff, it was excruciating to see so much dandruff on my scalp. 0.o"

Seriously amazed at how some people are able to keep dreadlocks! *salutes*

Before heading to Fai's saloon to remove em' braids.


They kept complaining how knotted the braids had become. lolol


After all the hassle of scrubbing my scalp and such, headed over to Pavilion w Louisbabyinc to meet up w Barbara, Bell & William.

Xberry Launch Party @ Republic, Sunway.

The launching of the new Xpax Blackberry Curve 8520 party was held @ Republic, Sunway approx two weeks ago.

As how Leng Leng puts it, I am always LATE in uploading and updating.

Somehow time is never really in favor of selling itself to me, *shrugs* can't help it!

Anyhow, since Nuffnang were giving out 40 VVIP invites, I was pretty excited as I always liked the curve from the bold . So what if Barack Obama uses the bold? Still too bulky in my opinion!

& RM888 was a damn good bargain don't you think?

However, since I did not confirm my acceptance for em' invites as I was in Bali, my passes got revoked but thank God for Adele for being sucha life saver! not forgetting my isabellaprincess ;))

BALI biatches!

First and foremost, thank you so much for all the love from everyone who showed me love, even peepos I least expected. ♥

But I learnt, everyone deserves a second chance, so here goes.

It may be the toughest step I'll ever take, but I truly BELIEVE things will get better.

However, trying is just not sufficient enough to make this work, actions on the other hand makes a massive difference. *you gotta earn it from this time forth

Bali was a really last minute thing where we finalized everything a week before departure.

Hotel, checked. Flight tickets, checked. Almost-near-to-empty luggage, checked. Hence, we were well on our way.


Millionaires, don't play! HEHEH


Hardly edible plane food.


Once we landed in Bali, we headed to Kuta where our hotel was located to check-in.


At first we thought the hotel was just average in size, only to be baffled how huge and pretty the inside was!


Our cosy room which well, was worth the dough we paid for.


The first thing that caught my eye was the matches case & the complimentary distilled water.


Hard Rock Hotel's lobby.

The bigass pool area.


@ Kuta beach itself which was right opposite our hotel.


Hard Rock Cafe which played by far the best live band music (in my opinion that is) even though I ain't an avid fan of live bands.


Then headed to Made's Warung nearby to dine.


We were being all healthy after a really long time by making sure our ass are off bed by 7 every morning for five days without fail. Well, partially cos the breakfast buffet spread was rwarsome as well! *giggles*


Okay maybe not so healthy in terms of food intake but the pork bacon was so to die for it was really hard to resist!


Fooled around a tad before heading to the beach for surfing lessons.


Yes, I did try but fell flat on my butt after being hit by the massive tide about a zillion times. Just not my cup of tea. =_="

But Louisbabyinc continued his pursue and was pretty much hooked to surfing thereafter. Lolol


While he surfed, I did long walks w one of em' instructors who became my temporary companion.
We were real lucky we met really nice locals there. :))


When the sun went down, we headed to Legian Street where apparently the town comes alive.

The night life there was pretty happening, considering the fact that by ten o'clock people were walking in zigzags alr! Lolol.


Next day headed to Nusa Dua for watersports as all one could do at Kuta beach is surf.

The two locals who hosted us the five days we were there offered us a ride to Nusa Dua which was approx 20 minutes away.

Motorcycle virgins. Hahaha. Without realizing I wore my helmet the other way round! +.+

This might sound cheesy, but what an experience!


Flying fish. Apparently a fairly new sport that is so far only available in Bali.

What happens is they pull the float at highest speed and somehow it automatically lifts off into the air.


Donut.

Same concept but this time it bounces you leftrightupdown the water surface relying on the grips of your hands to avoid falling into the water. +.+


Wakeboarding.

So unfortunate then we got a really impatient instructor that half of the time he was screaming his lungs out at our faces. I managed to stand but fell every time I attempted to strut my stuff. HAHAHA


Since the wind wasn't suitable for any parasailing and such, we headed back to Kuta in time for the sunset.


Next day, we had a sudden craving for local food after strolling down the streets spending money like millionaires, literally! *winks*

Hence Mr. Black, our local host brought us to this place to eat really good mutton satay! SERIOUSLY.


After walloping em' satay, headed to this spa called Spa Semara for a full body massage. Although I know one shouldn't do a body massage after immediate intake of food, but we did anyway. Loll


After much relaxation, headed to Jimbaran for a sunset dinner.


The view was spectacular w more than 25 restaurants occupying the beach side.


A wide spread of seafood fresh from the sea which was abso bliss!


But even after such a scrumptious meal, we settled for MCD's for supper. The fried chicken was deffos the highlight of the night. Crispy throughout every bite!


Beach.. and more beach.


We had this really yummy rojak religiously every single time we headed to the beach.

A mixture of salt, belacan and rojak sauce is surprisingly a damn good combination!


Lazing around in the hotel pool under the blazing sun at an hour that gives sunburn at its best!


Lifeguards in training O.0!


Went to this restaurant called Bali Agung which was full house the whole time we were there.


After dinner we strolled the streets once again and were so worn out, we decided to take the horse carriage back to the hotel...

Only to find out we got con into paying triple times more than the agreed sum. Bloody conmen!

Camwhored some more while Louisbabyinc surfed some more.


Our host's fwens' babyboy who was Indon x Australian. He was just too adorable to resist!

All in all it was a good five days getaway.

Things went so well over in Bali, let's just hope things will go as smooth back home.

It caught us by surprise.

Shabu Shabu @ Bandar Puteri Puchong.

Coming from a person who dislikes steamboat and rather starve than have steamboat, this Japanese-style steamboat is actually really goood!

We went to the one @ Bandar Puteri Puchong but they have a branch @ Kuchai Lama which I decided to give it a TRY as well but somehow, wasn't as good. hmmm


Had an appreciation dinner w a couple of classmates a month or so ago. A toast to having the best production team mates ever!
